Transformed for the entire summer into an open-air cinema, this vibrant garden bar of the prestigious Parisian cabaret invites Parisians, moviegoers, holidaymakers and the merely curious to enjoy a beautiful summer evening of the 7th art.
A cinema on the roof
The sunny days are here again, and the summer nights are sweet in Paris! The Bar à Bulles, the rooftop garden terrace of the Machine du Moulin Rouge with a fine view of the sails of the famous cabaret’s red windmill, invites you to enjoy screenings of carefully selected cinematic gems throughout the summer period. ‘A cinema on the roof’ is a summer programme born of a partnership between the Moulin Rouge and So Film. Perched atop the Moulin Rouge, comfortably seated on a deckchair, you can admire the stars... The celestial ones as well as those of the big screen!
Cult and popular movies every Wednesday throughout the summer
Every Wednesday evening from July to September, the Bar à Bulles presents a feature film. The season includes all kinds of genres and styles, including a masterpiece by Agnès Varda. Dramas, thrillers, romantic comedies... there is something for all tastes. If you enjoyed the July programme, it’s a safe bet that you will love the selection chosen for August.
