Extraordinary portraits at the Picasso Museum
For the first time, the Musée Rodin and the Musée National Picasso in Paris are joining forces to present the "Picasso-Rodin" exhibiotn-event. This exceptional partnership between two great moographic museums offers an unprecedented look at these genius artists who paved the way for modernity in art. Their masterpieces are presented simultaneously in the two historic monuments that house these national museums. The exhibition invites a cross-reinterpretation of the works of Rodin (1840-1917) and Picasso (1881-1973), these two great artists who have had a lasting impact on the artistic pratices of their time for generations to come.
Practical information
The Musée Picasso can be found at 5 Rue de Thorigny, in the 3rd district. It is open from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm from Tuesday to Sunday and from 09:30 am to 6:00 pm during school holidays and weekends. Admission to the museum and its exhibition Picasso-Rodin is 14 euros (regular rate) or 11 euros (reduced entrance rate).
