What are check/in time and check/out time?

The standard check/in time is 3PM and the check/out time is 11.00AM.

I will be arriving at the hotel very late. Will the reception be open?

Yes of course. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and the staff will be delighted to welcome you even late at night.

Do you offer any early check-in and late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out options are subject to availability on your arrival day with an extra charge of €45. Please do not hesitate to contact the reception team.

Is there a luggage storage service?

Yes, you can leave your luggage free of charge on your arrival dayuntil the room is ready and on your departure day. Furthermore, we will be happy to take care of your luggage if you are away for a few days.

 

What is your cancellation policy ?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Can I book my stay without any credit card and ask to settle my bill on the spot?

It is not possible to book without a credit card. A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made on the spot or in advance if required. 
A pre-authorizationfor the amount of the first night will be made on the given credit card prior to arrival.

We are travelling with a child and would like to share the same room. Can you accommodate all of us?

We do not have triple rooms unfortunately and our double rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests, including babies and children.
A reservation oftwo separate rooms will be required to accommodate the whole family.
We will do our best to allocate both rooms next to each other or on the same floor according to our availabilities.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Buffet breakfast is available with an extra cost of 19€ per person. There is a special rate for teenagers and children. 
We also offer an 'Express Breakfast' with an extra cost of 6€ per person, including a hot drink, a cold drink and a pastry.
Reservations can be made via our website or at the hotel reception desk during your stay.

Do you offer gluten-free options at breakfast?

Yes, we do propose gluten-free cereals, biscuits, bread and soya milk. Please inform us in advance. 

I am a customer with reduced mobility. Do you have any PRM rooms?

We do not have any rooms for customers with reduced mobility. Furthermore, our hotel has a special exemption as it’s located in a uphill street.

Do you accept pets?

We do love pets but, unfortunately, they are not allowed at the hotel.

Do you have a safe and hairdryer?

Yes, all our rooms have a safe and a hairdryer.
You can also plug your own styling or shaving tool. Maximum voltage output accepted is 230V.

Is it possible to smoke in the rooms?

The whole hotel is no smoking. A smoking area is available in front of the hotel.

Do your rooms have air conditioning?

Yes, we have air conditioning in summertime and heating in wintertime. You can adjust the temperature as you wish.

Have you got connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms, but do our utmost to accommodate multiple room reservations on the same floor or next to each otherif possible.
Any additional requests will be confirmed at the hotel according to our availabilities.

Can I book a room with a shower or bath?

We recommend that you approach the reception team arrival by e-mail or telephonebefore your arrival for any special requests you may have. Depending on our availabilities we will be happy to assist you.

I would like to book a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Which room would suits my needs?

We recommend that you book the "Double View Room", available only on our official website, which gives you a view of the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower.

How can I book a room with a balcony or terrace?

We have two rooms with a balcony: the first in a "Deluxe Room" and the second in a "Superior Double Room". In both cases, you will need to contact the reception team directly.
Balcony bookings are subject to availability, so will only be confirmed on your arrival day.

I would like to broadcast my favorite music or program in my room. Would this be possible?

Yes you can. The Chromecast service allows you to broadcast your favorite program or movie on TV. Just follow the instructions given.
You will also find a Marshall speaker to play your favorite music.

Do you have an elevator?

Yes, we do have an elevator to get to the rooms.

Is Internet Access available ?

The Hôtel des Arts Montmartre offers free Wi-Fi internet access in all rooms and in the common areas.

Do you offer laundry service ?

Yes, we can take care of your laundry if required. We recommend that you leave your laundry at reception early in the morning so that it can be processed as quickly as possible. In your room you will find a laundry bag and a price list.
There is also a laundromat a few steps away from the hotel, open every day until 10pm.

Is there a bar at the hotel?

There isn’t any bar but you will find some complimentary and extra drinks every day between 3pm and 10pm as well as some snacks

Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel?

The Hôtel des Arts Montmartre is in the heart of a district with plenty of good restaurants. We do not have a restaurant, but we can help you book a delicious lunch or dinner in the neighborhood.

 I need to iron my clothes. Do you have any iron?

Yes we do. We can provide an iron and an ironing board on request.

I have forgotten cosmetics and toiletries. Can you provide any?

Yes we do. You will find some “L'Occitane” beauty essentials in your room upon arrival. Other items are available on request at the front desk reception.

Do you offer concierge services?

Yes we do. We have a concierge service available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, who will be delighted to help you to book any restaurants, museums and anyother special events you may require.

How do I book the Hammam and the fitness area? Is there a charge?

You can book the Hammam and the Fitness Area at the front desk reception during your stay or before your arrival. The Fitness Area is complimentary ; the Hammam has an extra charge to be paid.
Access to the Hammam is not allowed to under-18s and pregnant women.
Consult your doctor before using the Hammam and fitness room.
 

Do you offer a shuttle or taxi service to the station or airport? And what about Versailles or Disneyland?

Yes, of course. We can arrange any kind of transportation around the city or to Versailles, Disneyland or to the Airports by VTC taxi or shuttle. Prior booking at the reception desk is strongly recommended.

Where can I park my car?

We own three parking spots in an underground secured parking 300 meters away from the hotel. An early booking is highly recommended.
When we are fully booked we can recommend a parking nearby.
Please note that our secured parking doesn’t have any charging station for electric cars. 

Which are the closest metro stations to get to your hotel ?

We are located in the very center of Montmartre, just a few minutes away from Abbesses metro station (line 12) and Blanche metro station (line 2).

How far is the Airport from the hotel?

Charles de Gaulle Airport is 23 km far from our hotel and it takes 45 minutes by car approximately or 1 hour by public transportation.
Orly Airport is 28 km far, which means 1 hour by car approximately or 1 hour by public transportation.
Beauvais Airport is 82 km far, which means up to 2 hours by car or up to 2 hours by public transportation.
We can book taxis to and from any of the airports upon request at the reception desk.
